(More customer reviews)I am a garden designer and put many hours in my own garden as well as meeting with customers. I have been wearing this shoe as my main work shoe for several years. Now, I've had more than one pair as I do beat work shoes up pretty bad. The shoe is comfortable, easy to get on and off, for the most part water proof and the sole is better than many others in that you are not leaving a trail of clumping dirt/mud which is dropping everywhere from the bottom of the shoe. The only reason that I did not give the shoe 5 stars is that the leather on the toe of the shoe scratches off easier than I think it should. Many times I am kneeling on stone, brick and other abrasive surfaces and the covering on the toe wears out fast. Perhaps that would happen with any work shoe. In any case, I would definitely recommend this shoe and actually have just ordered another pair from the Amazon website which I should receive next week. Even if you don't have a need to use them as a work shoe they would be a comfortable shoe for any use.
Update: 1.4.2011 I have ordered and received this shoe, however, Skecher has changed the design and the shoe is not the same. It is very uncomfortable and I am not happy with it at all. After owning and wearing to death several pair of this shoe, due to the design change I will not be purchasing this shoe again. Why do manufacturers insist on changing successful products? As a business owner I just don't get it!
