(More customer reviews)I've been a fan of the early MBT's and hoped something similar would come along without the steep price. I tried the Mary Jane MBTs, but they didn't fit well in the heels. These Skechers Shape Ups are cute and fit true to size. And for less than half the price, I still get that soft, cushiony stride, similar to the early MBT styles.
Funny... I've been wearing MBTs for so long that I'm no longer conscious of the back and forth instability of the curved soles. I let my sister try these on today. She's never worn any curved sole shoe before, and felt that same unsteadiness that new MBT wearers feel. So that rocking action is also very similar. Hope they keep making these.
