I'm so sorry I purchased these... I liked the style and the no-lace feature and the tread but they are VERY 'unstable'. I should have realized it with the rounded heal but I didn't. I feel like I could easily fall backwards and even have instability side to side twisting of the ankle Because of the name (For work) I figured they would be good light weight WORK shoes but I was wrong. They are designed to be UNSTABLE to work extra muscles, burn extra calories, etc., etc...
A few quotes from the accompanying literature: "Tone muscles", "Burn more calories", "Change the way you walk", "Start out wearing them 25 to 45 minutes a day for the first week or two", "Consistent use during the first FEW weeks may lead to soreness".
When you put them on they feel so soft and springy and quite nice until you start moving around and then you feel all wobbly, unstable.
I made a big error purchasing these and learned an expensive lesson.
