After running with them for a few weeks, I find that I have no knee soreness after running and my legs feel like great. I am back to running four miles daily. They are very comfortable, the cushioning is exceptional. I have used them for running both on a treadmill and outdoors and found them to be very comfortable and well made. I decided to order another pair (through Amazon), that is how well they are working for me. These shoes and excellent value and very effective in delivering as promised.
