I have a lot of feet issues, and these are comfortable all day and accommodate my rigid 3/4 length orthotics. Not quite as supportive as sneakers, but they look great and I refuse to give in and wear clunky sneakers at work with my dress clothes.
I did have to order 1/2 size larger than I normally wear in Sketchers, but I generally go back and forth between 9 1/2 and 10 depending on the style and fit of the shoe since the orthotics can sometimes alter the fit a little. These are a snug style, so going up a 1/2 size may be needed if you wear cushioned athletic socks or need to use inserts.
After several months they still look decent, but I think I'll get a second pair for work so they look nice with my dress clothes and use the current pair for casual outings.
