The gunmetal color is rich and goes with almost everything I wear. It is sassy and dressy and I receive many compliments every time I wear them. The straps are easy on/ easy off but you can just have them a little loose so you can slip your foot in and out without unfastening the strap. I have some very pricey walking shoes that look clumpy or just are not as comfy as these Sketchers. You can't go wrong, and try the metallics such as gunmetal. You will love it!
