(More customer reviews)I've bought 2 pairs of shape ups tennis shoes and one pair of shape ups boots from amazon and they were brand new. I was surprised to receive a used pair, plain brown box, slightly scuffed shoes that had obviously been worn, but sold as new. The shoes appear exactly as photo, fit true to size, although on my foot the heel was a bit loose which is easily fixed w/ a grabber heel pad. I plan to buy a pair of the black leather ones when that color's price matches the brown color. I'm glad a slip on style is available for casual wear.
UPDATE: Amazon informed it was a mistake that those shoes were sent to me and are replacing w/ a new pair. Of course I'm quite pleased!
