The lights stopped working almost immediately, and the light strip across the velcro strap actually broke into pieces and fell apart, leaving an exposed wire. We have a friend who purchased the shoes and had the same problem. It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone to discuss the problems at [...]. I will never purchase their shoes for my children again - if I'm spending that much money, I expect a quality product.
