(More customer reviews)I was given a pair of the shape up sneakers and loved them. I have chronic back pain and often have a really hard time getting around. The sneakers worked so well I found myself wearing them all the time. As the weather warmed up I wanted to wear my sandals but kept going back to the shape up sneakers for comfort and how they affect my posture.I finally ordered the sandals and I love them. They are so comfortable and work like the sneakers. They help my back pain and I can walk so much easier. I have not payed attention to the toning benefits but whatever they do for my posture which helps alleviate back pain, is worth the price. They are also very comfortable, the cushion is wonderful. I have received several compliments as this sandal also looks good on. I own many pair of nice shoes purchased with the hope of finding some that help with my back pain, these really work. They are not a miracle that fixed the back issues I deal with but sure do make things easier. I don't know if they will work for everyone but I would definetly recommend giving them a try.
